Limit of two pets per apartment and 25 lb. weight limit per pet.  
Refundable deposit of $100 per apartment
Non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet
Monthly pet fee $25 for first pet
Monthly pet fee $10 for second pet

No pets/animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents and insects) are allowed, even temporarily, anytime in the apartment or the apartment community unless Management has so authorized in writing. Residents will not be allowed to acquire a pet/animal or bring one into the apartment, patio area or the apartment community without written authorization from Management. 

Assistive animals or companion animals are not subject to the provisions listed; however, Management may require a written statement from a qualified professional verify the need for the assistive or companion animal.  Assistive and companion animals are subject to policies listed below in regards to the responsibility for the animal’s actions, damage and clean-up of pet waste, however monthly fees or deposits will never be required.

1. Any resident or applicant who wishes to keep a pet shall so inform management prior to bringing the pet on to the premises.

2. An animal addendum shall be signed by all parties and deposits and fees must be paid prior to pet being allowed on the premises.

3. Common household pets shall include domesticated dogs or cats only.  No resident shall have more than two pets per unit.

4. The size of pets is limited to 25lbs. 

6. Pets shall be restrained (cats and dogs must be leashed) when on the property outside the owner’s apartment or visiting in the apartment of another resident. (If the housing manager designates a specific fenced pet walking area, pets could be unrestrained in those areas.)

7. Pet owners shall be liable for damage caused by their pets. The landlord shall require of the resident payment of a pet deposit, a one time non-refundable fee and monthly recurring fees for each authorized pet.
